Introducing Comprehensive Next Generation Training.

Review our 9-1-1 training courses, hosted in North Texas, below.

We’re changing how training works for 9-1-1 in Texas. We’re launching a new training program that will focus on more than how to be a good 9-1-1 telecommunicator. Instead, we’ll build on a strong foundation of courses that teach what every telecommunicator needs to be successful. But we’re taking it one step further. We’ll also teach the mental preparation needed to excel at this career.

Our lineup of courses will do more than create telecommunicators. It will build successful, well-rounded, resilient professionals.

All class registrations require an assigned PID number and the name associated with the PID number. Registering with all zeros as the PID or using fictitious names will result in the registration being deleted. If you do not have a PID number issued by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, please contact 9-1-1 Training Coordinator Bret Batchelor to complete the registration at BBatchelor@NCT911.org.

All class registrations also require that you are sponsored by the agency employing you. We do not accept self-sponsored student registration.

Unless otherwise noted, all training classes will be hosted at NCT9-1-1, 600 Six Flags Dr., Suite 226, Arlington, TX 76011.

Cancellation policy:
In the event a class is cancelled, the 9-1-1 Training Coordinator ensures:

  • The ECC Management and student(s) are notified via email
  • The ECC Management and student(s) are notified via telephone
  • Notices are posted on all NCT9-1-1 social media accounts
  • The course is removed from the registration database
