NCT9-1-1 provides public education awareness throughout the region. Educational materials are designed, developed and distributed to the general public through the program. The 9-1-1 Together Accomplishing Goals (TAG) Team is a volunteer group dedicated to the development and sharing of 9-1-1 educational programs and resources.

NCT9-1-1 educates children, adults, senior citizens and deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired citizens. Red E. Fox and Cell Phone Sally costumes are available upon request.

Pickup Procedures:

All orders are scheduled with a designated pick up time from 600 Six Flags Drive in Arlington, CenterPoint III.

Orders are available for pick up Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

NCT9-1-1 has the right to limit quantities based on available supplies.

All Public Education Supplies Requests will be ready one week after the request form is submitted. If you need to pick up supplies sooner than a week, you must contact 9-1-1 Communications Coordinator Amelia Mueller to confirm a pickup date. If you do not confirm a pickup date, there is no guarantee that your supplies will be ready.
